Long story short, our Baker line goes back to Baltimore County,Maryland and from there back to England. I have a Y-DNA match with 29 others. One in particular reached out to me and their 3rd or 4th Great Grandfather is Levi Baker from Alexander County, NC.I'm working on a theory that Nathan's father is Nathan Baker from Iredell County and Nathan's uncle's are John & Isaac Baker. Levi is Isaac's son, which would make our Nathan that died Aft. 1883 cousins with Levi. I'm going to start my research in Maryland and work my way back down to North Carolina. I am also going to email all 29 Y-DNA matches and see if I can get any information from them as well."
