It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved brother and uncle, Jeffrey David Frazzini. We are devastated by this loss and completely heartbroken.

Jeff, affectionately known as “Tut,” passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2023. Born on December 18, 1962, in Beaver Falls, PA, to his loving parents Paul and Maxine Frazzini, Jeff immediately filled the lives of those around him with joy, laughter, and love. Jeff graduated from Blackhawk High School in 1981 and went on to pursue an associate degree at the Community College of Beaver County. He moved to Florida where he began his career in the Tech industry as a specialized equipment technician. He eventually settled in northern Virginia to be closer to family and most recently worked at Idemia.

Jeff was a loving uncle to Paul Joseph Frazzini, Megan Boyle, Nicole Frazzini, and Sarah Boyle and he adored his family. Jeff was passionate about his Pittsburgh Steelers, playing guitar, music, and golf. He was also an avid collector of guitars, watches, and coins and he loved tinkering with his hands creating objects on his 3D printer, making circuit board projects, and keeping his beloved El Camino running. His presence is sorely missed, and his loss is deeply felt.

Jeff is predeceased by his mother and father and survived by his loving siblings, Paul Michael Frazzini and Barbara Boyle, along with his sister-in-law, Maria Frazzini, brother-in-law, Dan Boyle, and many dear cousins, friends and colleagues.

Family and friends are welcome to Jeff’s Visitation on Friday, October 6th from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Gabauer-Lutton Funeral Home at 117 Blackhawk Road, Chippewa Twp. A blessing service will also be held there on Saturday, October 7th, at 10 a.m. with interment immediately following at St. Mary’s Cemetery.

WALTHAM - John Piantedosi, 88, of Waltham, formerly of Watertown, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, at New England Rehabilitation Hospital in Woburn.
He was the husband of Mary Ann (Mauricci) Piantedosi for 54 years.
Born in Boston, he moved to Italy and then back to the Watertown area when he was 9 years old. He graduated from a trade school and went to work as a machinist for a tool and die company, EG&G Co. and Lewis and Shephard Co., of Watertown, and Compo Co. of Waltham, retiring in 1995 at age 75.
Mr. and Mrs. Piantedosi loved to travel.
Besides his wife, he leaves his children, John Joseph Piantedosi and his wife, Ann Marie, of Nashua, N.H., and Mary Ann and Judy Piantedosi of Waltham; his siblings, Theresa Perozelli of California, Bernie Piantedosi of Watertown, Joseph Piantedosi of California, and Mary Piselli of California; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Melissa, Judith Lin and Rosemary Piantedosi.
He was the brother of the late Peter Piantedosi and Susan Weaver.

Mary Frances Petro, age 85, at rest on Saturday, January 21, 2017.

She was a graduate of St. Francis Academy, Class of 1949. Following graduation, Mary Fran was employed by Selective Services System of Joliet. She began to work at Physicians Record Company in Chicago. It was there she met her husband, Elmo. On July 17, 1954, they were married at St. Mary Carmelite Church, Ottawa Street, Joliet.

Mary Fran was also employed by Mark Shale for several years. She was a talented seamstress and known for her elaborate Halloween costumes as well as being creative and artistic.

She was a dedicated volunteer, offering her time at St. Ambrose Catholic School, St. Mary Nativity School and St. Joseph Hospital.

Her grandchildren were the highlight of her life. They will lovingly remember her for her famous Saturday morning pancakes, trips to the library and Naperville River Walk among many other fond memories.

Mary Fran was the loving mother of Janet (Robert) Hewlett, Nick (Leah) Petro, Meg (Paul) Studer, Alan (Sarah) Petro and Kristi (Scott) Niedzwiecki; She was the dearest 'Nanny' of Kevin Gornik, Mark (Jill) Gornik, Max Hewlett, Mallory Hewlett, Tony Petro, Dan Petro, Nicholas (Danielle) Petro, Brett (Ashley) Studer and Aaron (Myrissa) Studer, William and Owen Niedzwiecki. Great-granddaughters, Chelsey Reid and Mayla Kaye Martinez; great-great-granddaughter, Ieleh Reid; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Elmo Petro (2006); parents, John 'Red' and Margaret (nee McCarthy) Gleason; sister, Rita Gleason; brother, James 'Babe' Gleason; sisters-in-law, Nancy (Egizio) Gleason, Lucille (Don) Trainor, Dorothy (George) Hazer and Mary (Vernon) Pilz; and brother-in-law, Ted Petro.

John A. Timperio age 72, formerly of Watertown died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 29, 2011 at his home in Alta Loma, CA. Son of the late Matteo and Mary Timperio, John is survived by his wife Cassandra, his children Jeanette, John, Ron, Melanie and his grandchildren Savannah, Alysha, Dylan, Jeremy, Benjamin and Faith. He also is survived by his brother Ron, sister-in-law Penny and sister Patricia Nagle. A Memorial Mass will be held on Feb 4th at 11:00am at St. Patrick's Church in Watertown for those who wish to attend.

Marco P. DiGiovine, 56, of Watertown, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Born in Sant’Eufemia a Maiella, Italy, Marco was the son of Domenico DiGiovine of Watertown and the late Maria (Pantalone) DiGiovine. He was the husband of 31 years to Deborah (Custer) DiGiovine.

Marco spent his early childhood in Italy before moving to Massachusetts with his family in the 1960s. He was a 1979 graduate of Watertown High School and a 1981 graduate of Boston University.

Marco was an exceptional athlete, captaining the Varsity Basketball team at Watertown High and playing softball with several different leagues and teams for over thirty years. Marco was a devoted and loving husband, father, and friend, and throughout his eight-year battle with cancer was the true epitome of strength, dignity, and bravery.

Besides his wife and father, Marco is survived by his children, Sarah DiGiovine of Fairfax, VA and Christian DiGiovine of Bellingham, MA, and his brothers, Tony DiGiovine of Jupiter, FL and Bruno DiGiovine of Ann Arbor, MI. He also leaves behind his aunt and many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, teammates, and loving friends.

Family and friends are all welcome on Thursday December 15, 2016 at the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St. Watertown at 8 AM followed by a 9 AM Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, 212 Main St. Watertown. Entombment in Calvary Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 14, 2016 from 4 - 7 PM.
