ELVIRA S. MORELLI, 75, of Colorado Springs died Monday at a local hospital. She was a packer at Western Forge until she retired at age 65.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2318 N. Cascade Ave., with the Rev. Gerald Bruggeman officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1001 S. Hancock Ave. Swan-Law Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Morelli was born June 27, 1915, in Dawson, N.M., to Geralmo and Estherene (Quanta) Frazzini. She had lived in Colorado Springs for 55 years. She attended Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
She was married in 1935 in Colorado Springs to Michael Morelli, who is deceased.
She is survived by two sons, Francis and Michael, both of Colorado Springs; a daughter, Esther Morelli of Colorado Springs; and two sisters, Soletta Jolitz and Mary Garamone, both of Denver.

Liberata "Libby" Mancini, 88, of Aliquippa, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
Born December 14, 1920, in Casano, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Domenic and Elizabeth DeSantis. She was a member of Saint Titus Roman Catholic Church and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers, Aliquippa.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Filippo Mancini; two brothers, Sam and John DeSantis, and a sister, Ann Pietrandrea.
Surviving Libby are her loving children, Marie and John Kern, Arlington, VA; Vi and Rege Dornick, Bluffton, SC; Joann Antonis, Center Township, and Philip and Colleen Mancini, Scarborough, ME; 12 grandchildren and their spouses, John and his wife Kim Kern, Beth and her husband Thad Christensen, Amanda Kern, Eric , Leann, Christopher Dornick, Michael and his wife Tricia Antonis, Adam Antonis, Krista Antonis, Jennifer, Ryan and Maura Mancini; five great-grandchildren, Ashleigh, Paige and Caroline Kern, Tori Wagner, and Emily Christensen; a brother and three sisters-in-law, Gino and Dolores DeSantis, Monaca, and Josephine and Adeline DeSantis, both of Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are being received on Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. in the ANTHONY MASTROFRAN- CESCO FUNERAL HOME INC., 21st and McMinn Streets, Aliquippa, 724-375-0496, where a prayer service will be held on Friday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Titus Catholic Church, with Father Paul Householder officiating. Entombment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
The Confraternity of Christian Mothers will recite a rosary Thursday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.
The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the Arbors and Valencia Woods at Saint Barnabas for the compassionate care that was given to their mother.
Libby was an excellent homemaker. She loved to cook and bake and show everyone the true meaning of Italian hospitality. She was a loving, caring lady with a wonderful sense of humor and a smile that was a gift to all even her last days. We love you mom!
