Alfonso d'Sanza d'Alena sent me photos of a Burlington Special watch engraved with the name Cipriano diTella. It is serial number 2,625,573, which, according to the watch company records was made in 1914. He most likely purchased it when he was in the US.

1916 24 Feb, refrenced in the Ellis Island arrival of Alfredo Carlini. Cipriano was living in Ely, NV (although the line was crossed out and previously read Newark, NJ).

Benilda Frazzini remembers that her grand uncle, Enrico Frazzini, and his wife lived on the second floor of the house. The first floor was a "bar". Benilda's grandparents Ippolito and Albina lived on the third floor. Emiliano Frazzini and Lucrezia Carlini lived with them after they got married (Before they were married, Lucrezia Carlini lived across the street with her family). Benilda remembers that she spent a lot of time at the home of her grandmother Doristella diTella.

Eliseo Carlini came to Pittsburgh but didn't stay. He moved to the Western US. Our family never heard from him again. He had a large family, with a lot of boys, according to my mother.

My mother remembers that he came here after she had gotten married so it must have been in the late 40's early 50's??? My mother rememberd that they stayed in Aliquippa but doesn't remember who they stayed with. She remembers him being in Aliquippa with two sons and that he did go to Ohio.

From Alfonso diSanza d'Alena, Castingiano's parents were Sabatino Eliseo diTella and Lucrazia Frazzini. Alfonso noted that Castingiano emmigrated to the USA. But the year of birth does not fit in with the other children.
I asked Alfsono diSanza d'Alena about this person and he replied: "I haven't more information about Castingiano. Maybe the birthdate is correct and he and Mariantonia were twins."
