They believe that this was a young baby/child of their Uncle Kayo (Joseph Fraini) and his wife, Myra Jo. They know this couple had a child that died and also believe their family had more American names while their own Grandparents (Florindo & Rose) gave their children very Italian names.
Also my mom said that if the death date for Phyllis is in the 40's than she is almost certain this is the child of Joseph & Myra Jo.
