This booklet, published by the Woodlawn Land Company, extolled the virtures of living in Aliquippa. Woodlawn Land Company developed the "plans" in Aliquippa and was a subsidiary of the Jones & Laughlin Steel Company. Paul Miller Moore was the president of the Woodlawn Land Company. He went on to found the "P.M. Moore Company".

This booklet was probably from around 1910.
